Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your CORS subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the RTK correction network will remain active until the end of your current billing period (e.g., until the end of the 1-day, 1-week, or 1-month term purchased).
Cancellation can be performed directly through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the intangible nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds for subscriptions that have been activated and used. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:
- If you experienced technical issues preventing service delivery that our support team could not resolve.
- If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not utilized the service for significant data collection.
- If there is a prolonged network outage in your specific service region during your subscription period.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and situations are non-refundable. These include:
- Subscriptions where RTK corrections have been successfully accessed and utilized.
- Delay or failure of service caused by user-side equipment issues (e.g., incompatible hardware, poor internet connection).
- Promotional or discounted packages purchased during special offers.
Service Interruptions & Issues
In the unfortunate event that our CORS network experiences an outage or technical failure attributable to GlobalGIS infrastructure, we will automatically extend your subscription by the duration of the downtime or issue a pro-rated refund to your original method of payment, depending on the severity and duration of the issue.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
